    • Purple Vienna - This beautifully colored vegetable tastes as good as it looks. The plants grow to about 10" tall, with purple-green leaf and stem. Bulbs are purple skinned with white flesh. They taste best when used at 2" diameter. This is a standard variety used by home and market gardeners. Maturity in 60 Days. A crisp, mildly sweet variety.
