This tender perennial blooms hibiscus – like scarlet flowers that butterflies and hummingbirds love to flutter around. Flowers open at noon and close at dawn. Spiky, serrated, dark green leaves grow on 3 foot stems. Drought-tolerant and suitable for xeriscaping.
