    Heirloom
    Note: seeds are super tiny

A perennial popular for the herb garden as well as potted plants.  Used for centuries for both medicines and in the kitchen. A bushy, woody-branched perennial which grows to about 1-3’ tall and to 2’ wide on square stems filled with aromatic leaves.  Pink-purple to white flowers rise above the foliage during summer months. Often known as the "pizza" herb, this herb is perfect in Italian, Mexican and Greek recipes.

    Vulgare means "common"

The green leaves may be used fresh or dried. Nice for butterflies and hummingbirds. With proper care, plants can live for many years.   A must for any herb garden!

Use for garnish, cooking and oil and vinegar infusions.
